Collection of civil claims for the client which are owed to him by others (individuals / institutions), and seeking solutions for the client’s distressed debts for which he is liable.

Arbitration is an alternative route in resolving civil and commercial disputes; given its advantages such as promptitude, low cost and keeping parties away from resorting to the judiciary.

Preparation of claims, grievances and appeals

Preparation of lawsuits, grievances and appeals in all types of issues including: commercial and civil issues, labor disputes, administrative, taxation and customs related matters … etc.

Participation in investigations and follow-up of criminal cases before the indictment authorities

Participation in the investigation sessions with the client at Police Stations and the Public Prosecution, in addition to the follow–up of criminal cases at government agencies, including: the submission of complaints to preventive detention orders and actions of dismissal, submission of petitions on the objection to execution of judgment and petitions for the imposition of sanctions, petitions for exoneration or exculpation, and others.

Pleading and defense in all legal actions

Plead and defend clients before all courts in the ordinary, administrative and military justice, and their representation in all cases, including: criminal cases, civil and commercial cases, personal status cases… etc.

Execution of judgments

Follow-up the necessary procedures to implement judgments and decisions issued by the judicial authorities and others, and submission of objections to execution of judgment at the execution department in preservation of the rights of the client.

Establishment and preparation of organizational regulations and structures for companies, registration of trademarks and commercial agencies, patents, liquidation, bankruptcy and all procedural actions of commercial companies.

Providing legal consultations and representation of insurance companies before courts in claims filed by them or against them by individuals or institutions, and seeking to settle claims arising from accidents and others.

Providing legal consultancies to banks and financial institutions, reviewing and drafting their contracts in accordance with the laws in force in the Sultanate, and representing them before the courts in legal actions filed by them or against them, and seeking to schedule bad debts with their clients.
